DESCRIPTION: Hall St House II is the second of two speculative infill single-family houses on non-conforming lots in Greenville’s Nicholtown neighborhood. Conceived as a complimentary structure to the recently completed next door ‘Hall St House I’, the gable roof is parallel to the street and an oversized cantilevering dormer forms the entry porch.
