DESCRIPTION: Located in downtown Charleston’s upper peninsula, 70 Romney is a former architectural woodworking facility that has been repurposed and renovated for commercial leasing. The exterior interventions include the new recessed entry vestibule at the junction of the new volumes and the addition of an accessible approach.
